ACT/CBS Background and Training: Attended graduate school under the supervision of Dr. Rob Zettle at Wichita State University. During graduate school I learned and applied ACT in my research and clinical work. My thesis and dissertation consisted of using ACT for the treatment of anxiety disorders, more specifically arachnophobia. I have attended 3 ACBS World Conferences and presented at two of them. I am currently own and work at Achieve Performance Psychology and at the University of Minnesota Athletic Department as a Sport Psychologist. I am using my training in ACT to help athletes and performers thrive within their lives.
