New Skills for Living: Experts on using ACT in daily life
Tom Lavin, MFT LADC has hosted the local television show in Reno, NV, USA titled New Skills for Living, a health and wellness series, since 1995 in an effort to help people learn about skills and new ways to improve their lives.
In 2009, the show was dedicated to addressing the ACT approach to many common problems, and Tom continues to interview ACT providers on new topics of interest.
You can see ACT therapists discuss how ACT principles can be applied to so many aspects of your life!
